That’s where body doubling comes in. These sessions are virtual co-working spaces where we show up, set intentions, and work alongside each other in real time... cameras on or off, no pressure.

Whether it’s replying to emails, getting through admin, or doing that one thing you’ve been putting off for a week (or a month), body doubling helps your brain get moving without the shame spiral.

You don’t need motivation... just company.

As an IMHub+ user, you'll receive a branded digital badge and logo set to display on your website, email signatures, or comms... showing that your team is actively engaging with neuroinclusion, not just paying it lip service.

Need to evidence engagement for internal CPD logs or funding reports?
Certificates of attendance can be issued for users who attend IMHub live masterclasses, Q&As, or clinics.

Requests must be made quarterly... during our regular user check ins via the the IMHub Community Feed, not on an ad hoc basis.

This helps us manage admin and keep things structured, while still supporting your team’s development goals.

Each certificate will include the participant’s name, session title, and date attended.

Perfect for portfolio evidence, CPD folders, or showing your clients your neuroinclusion efforts and achievements.

Not everyone learns best in a 60-minute live session (especially if you’re already fried). So we’re building bite-sized eLearning modules you can dip into when your brain’s up for it.

Quick, clear, and no jargon... these will cover the stuff you actually need to know: neuroinclusion basics, language that doesn’t patronise, building safer spaces, dealing with bias, emotional regulation, and more.
