Every Business+ package starts with a live onboarding session...  tailored to your setup.

We’ll walk your team through the platform, key resources, and how to get the most out of the IMHub without it becoming another thing they never open.

We’ll also help you embed it into existing workflows... so it’s actually used, not just filed under “nice idea.”

These aren’t off-the-shelf webinars. They’re bespoke 90-minute sessions focused on what your team actually needs.

You get two per year. Each one tailored to your chosen topic, delivered by IMUK founder Ria or one of our expert facilitators.

What’s included:

• Pre-session planning call to tailor your clinic

• A live, interactive 90-minute session

• Digital resources to embed learning afterwards

• Optional recording (for internal use only)

Delivery options:

• Up to 20 staff in person (UK only)

  Travel and accommodation invoiced separately

• Up to 40 participants online (Microsoft Teams)

Pick from prebuilt topics (like emotional regulation, inclusive leadership, or bias in communication), or work with us to shape your own.

One call per month, just for Business+ members... optional, but there when you need it.

These are small, supportive spaces to raise questions, untangle challenges, and talk things through with people who get it.

Here’s how it works:

• Calls run weekly (1 hour each)

• Optional and bookable... you choose if and when to attend

• Maximum 5 people per call, from across all Business+ orgs

• Every Business+ member can book one support call per month (per person)

• Hosted by Ria or an IMHub Collective expert

• Plus, you’ll get B2B peer support by connecting with other small organisations on similar journeys

Every Business+ organisation gets its own private Connection Hub within the IMHub Community... like your very own online Employee Resource Group.

This is where your team can connect, reflect, share wins, raise questions, and keep the conversation going... together.

Just a real space for shared learning, honest discussion, and staying engaged with neuroinclusion in everyday work.

Plus, your team also gets full access to the wider IMHub Community... so they’re not just learning from each other, they’re learning alongside other purpose-led teams, and solo acts across the UK.

Every quarter, we check in with your lead contact to see what’s working, what’s getting stuck, and what might need tweaking... no performance reports, no jargon, no judgement.

You’ll get a short 20-minute check-in (either written or live... you choose) to reflect on team engagement, challenges, and any wins worth celebrating.

We’ll also offer suggestions and next steps tailored to your setup.

This isn’t about ticking boxes.

It’s about keeping inclusion real, grounded, and moving.

You’ll also receive a short summary after each check-in so you can track progress... even if no one in your org has time to write a report.
