12 Hours — £2,050
Designed to help your week hold.
We focus on making decisions without second-guessing, planning realistically so your week does not collapse, starting work without draining yourself first, saying what needs saying clearly and holding boundaries without escalation.
This is where things stop feeling fragile and start feeling steady.
6 Hours — £1,150
Short-term clarity and stabilisation.
Ideal if things feel unsettled and you need direction quickly.
Focused sessions with clear priorities and immediate traction.
18 Hours — £2,950
For layered roles and sustained pressure.
It provides consistent thinking space, stronger structure and long-term steadiness.
Payment is made in advance, with structured plans available if needed.

If you have Access to Work funding, it can be used for Ongoing Support.
Payment is made to IMUK in advance and reclaimed through your existing agreement.
Clear invoices and session breakdowns are provided to keep the paperwork simple.
