The Person Behind the Work

Why This Exists

I did not wake up one day and think, “You know what the world needs? Another framework.”

I built this because I was tired of watching good people quietly carry the cost of unclear work.

Before Inclusive Minds UK, I served in the military. Structure mattered. Clarity mattered. Responsibility mattered. You did your job and you got on with it.

After that, I moved into leadership, industry and education roles where the language changed, but the pattern did not.

Hardworking people. High expectations. Unspoken rules. Pressure dressed up as normal.

I was good at it. That was part of the problem.

Reliable. Capable. The one who could see the gaps and bridge them.

Until I couldn’t.

The Bit I Don’t Polish

I burned out.

Not dramatically. Not publicly. Just properly.

Not because I was weak or lacked resilience, but because I was operating inside systems that were constantly shifting and rarely clear.

I am neurodifferent. I process deeply, see patterns quickly and take responsibility seriously.

Put that inside vague priorities and blurred ownership and it becomes overload.

Becoming a mum sharpened everything. My tolerance for unnecessary friction dropped. I could see more clearly what it was costing people to keep compensating for poor design.

At some point, I stopped asking how to cope better.

I started asking why the work was set up like this in the first place.

Over 1,500 hours of one-to-one delivery across more than 50 organisations in the UK and internationally have revealed the same pattern.

Different sectors. The same friction.

The people were rarely the issue. The design was.

Work is often built on the assumption that everyone processes pressure the same way. They do not.

So now I focus on structure: clearer priorities, visible workload, named ownership and fewer invisible rules.

Less compensating. More steadiness.

What That Led To…

What You Can Expect

I am direct. I do not smooth over what matters.

I am not interested in surface fixes or motivational theatrics. If the pressure is structural, we address the structure. If the design is flawed, we fix it. If the issue is effort, we name it.

No drama. No performance. Just clarity.
