Welcome to the IMUK Community!

We’re excited to have you here and to work together to foster a neuroinclusive environment.

These Community Guidelines outline our expectations for participation and engagement within the IMHub and IMHub Community. By joining our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful and Inclusive

Treat all members with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or opinions.
Embrace diversity and support neuroinclusion by valuing different perspectives and experiences.
Avoid discriminatory language and behaviors that target individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or neurodiversity.

2. Engage Constructively

Focus on constructive dialogue and problem-solving. Share your insights, ask questions, and provide feedback in a manner that is helpful and supportive.
When discussing sensitive topics, approach them with empathy and care.
Keep discussions relevant to the community’s focus on neuroinclusion and related practices.

3. Maintain Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of other community members. Do not share personal information or any content that is confidential or proprietary without permission.
If you share your experiences or challenges, ensure you do not disclose sensitive information that could affect your or others' privacy.

4. Contribute Meaningfully

Share valuable content, resources, and experiences that contribute to the community’s objectives and support neuroinclusive practices.
Avoid spamming or promoting unrelated products, services, or content. Self-promotion is only permitted if it is relevant and beneficial to the community.

5. Use Appropriate Language and Tone

Use clear and respectful language in all communications. Avoid using offensive, inflammatory, or derogatory language.
Remember that tone can be difficult to convey in written communication. Strive to be positive and clear in your messages.

6. Respect Others’ Opinions

It’s natural to have differing opinions. Engage in respectful debates and discussions, and be open to considering other perspectives.
If you disagree with someone, express your thoughts politely and avoid personal attacks.

7. Moderation and Content Removal

IMUK reserves the right to moderate the content posted in the IMHub and IMHub Community.
Any content that violates these guidelines may be removed at IMUK’s discretion. Repeated violations may result in a warning or removal from the community.

8. Report Inappropriate Behavior

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to IMUK at [email protected].
We take all reports seriously and will investigate any concerns raised.

9. Follow Legal and Ethical Standards

Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the community.
Respect intellectual property rights and do not share content without proper attribution or permission.

10. Commitment to Continuous Improvement

We encourage feedback and suggestions on how to improve the community experience. Your input is valuable in helping us create a supportive environment.

11. Changes to These Guidelines

IMUK reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an announcement within the community.
Your continued participation in the IMHub and IMHub Community following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
