Making Sense of NeuroInclusion
Welcome to NeuroSense, the podcast that unpacks neurodiversity and neuroinclusion—without the corporate jargon or box-ticking nonsense.
Hosted by Ria Jackson—a proudly neurodifferent woman, carer to a neurodifferent mini-human, and founder of Inclusive Minds UK (IMUK)—this is where we get real about what it takes to create truly inclusive workplaces and communities.
Expect honest conversations (and the occasional F-bomb) with lived-experience advocates, business leaders, and inclusion champions. We’ll share personal stories, business insights, and practical strategies to move beyond performative inclusion and into real, measurable change.

Episode 1: Dan Harris Thinks I’m Nice (Plus other important stuff about neuroinclusion… LOL!)
Our brand-new podcast, #NeuroSense, is officially out in the wild! And obviously, we had to come out of the gates strong. Like, really strong.
Our first guest? Only Dan Harris - the mastermind behind Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) - the Neurodiversity Charity
His job? Helping businesses stop being completely useless at neuroinclusion.
His real job? Being Joshie’s Dad—his incredible son Joshua is a non-speaking autistic boy out here proving that words aren’t the only way to communicate. @TheJoshieMan
Snippets of what to expect: It’s Dan, so there’s zero sugarcoating:
“There is an inherent prejudice that non-speakers are stupid.”
“You don’t judge a person’s value based on intelligence. We should reject that!”
Say it louder for the people at the back!
