This Inclusion Policy is designed to create a space where diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to everything we do.

Let’s be clear: discrimination or harassment of any kind is not welcome here. We are committed to making IMHub a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We believe that everyone should have access to our resources, which is why we’re dedicated to making our site accessible to all. We follow web accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG 2.1 AA) as much as we can but know there is still room for improvement, to ensure that everyone can enjoy what we offer. We are committed to continually improving and providing reasonable adjustments where possible.

In our community, we encourage everyone to use language and behaviour that is respectful, inclusive, and considerate. Let’s uplift each other, be mindful of our words, and create an atmosphere of support and kindness. This includes avoiding microaggressions, assumptions, and stereotypes.
2.5. Reporting Mechanism
If you ever feel that someone has violated our Inclusion Policy, or if you witness any behaviour that contradicts our inclusive values, we want to hear from you. Your voice matters!

What Happens Next: We take these reports seriously and will investigate them promptly and confidentially. We are committed to making things right, whether that involves having a conversation, providing additional resources, or taking further action, including removal from the platform. We will keep the reporter informed of the outcome of the investigation, where appropriate.
3. Commitment to Continuous Improvement
We understand that creating an inclusive community is a journey, not a destination. We will continue to review our practices, seek feedback from our community, and undergo regular training to ensure we are doing our utmost to support everyone.
4. Changes to the Policy
Sometimes things change, and that’s perfectly alright! We may update this policy as necessary. We will keep you informed about any significant changes, and we encourage you to check back periodically to stay updated.
