IMUK Solutions Ltd. Terms of Service for IMHub+ and free IMHub Community
Version 2 — Effective from 15th July 2025

Welcome to IMUK's IMHub+ and FREE IMHub Community.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions under which you may access and use IMUK's IMHub+ and FREE IMHub Community (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing a licence or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorised to use the Service.

1. IMUK Licence Subscription

1.1 Licence Overview
IMHub+ provides educational content, masterclasses, digital tools, and support focused on neuroinclusion. Licences grant access to individuals and organisations committed to building more neuroinclusive spaces.

1.2 Community Engagement
The FREE IMHub Community enables users to connect, ask questions, and engage with ongoing conversations around neuroinclusion. This is available at no cost.

1.3 Licence Benefits
IMHub+ licence holders receive:

Live and recorded monthly masterclasses
Access to a full vault of previous resources and tools
New downloadable content added each month
Bi-weekly group Q&A sessions
Optional body doubling sessions
Captions and transcripts for core content
10% discount on selected Inclusive Minds UK services
Partner discounts on coaching and specialist support

2. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

2.1 Payment Terms
Users may choose between a one-off annual payment or a rolling monthly subscription. All plans grant full access from day one.

2.2 Monthly Plans
The monthly plan is a rolling agreement at £30 per month. You may cancel anytime by providing 30 days’ notice in writing via email to [email protected]. There are no partial refunds or pausing available.

2.3 Annual Plans
The annual plan is a one-off payment of £300 for 12 months of access. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.4 Subscription Changes
Pricing and offers may change in the future. If you are already subscribed under an existing plan, we will honour that plan and its terms until the end of your subscription period. Upon renewal, the new pricing and terms in effect at the time will apply.

2.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

2.6 Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, users purchasing digital content lose the right to a 14-day cooling-off period once access to the content has begun. If you delay access, you may still retain your cooling-off rights.

3. Access and Participation

3.1 Participation
The FREE IMHub Community is a peer-led space open to all. Participation is optional, but all members are expected to follow the community code of conduct outlined below. FREE IMHub Community members do not hold an IMHub+ licence. Paid IMHub+ content is only accessible to active licence holders.

3.2 Code of Conduct and Moderation
All users of the FREE IMHub Community must follow the published community code of conduct:

What you agree to:

Treat all members with respect
Be mindful that not everyone has the same experiences, needs, or language
Keep things confidential unless you have permission to share
Take responsibility for your own learning
Be kind to yourself and others
Ask questions in good faith and listen to the answers
Stay open to being wrong and open to learning
Report anything harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe

What is not allowed:

Shaming, dismissiveness, or arguing in bad faith
Any form of discrimination, including ableism, racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia
Spamming, self-promotion, or unsolicited advice
Diagnosing, fixing, or speaking over people’s lived experience
Playing devil’s advocate when someone is sharing about harm
Emotional dumping without consent

We expect users to be respectful and responsible.

If you breach these expectations, we may give you the opportunity to reflect and address it. Repeated or serious breaches will result in removal from the FREE IMHub Community. This applies regardless of the community being offered at no cost.

3.3 Opt-Out
You may leave the FREE IMHub Community at any time. Content you created may remain visible, but you may request full deletion by contacting [email protected].

3.4 Blocking Users
Users can block others if needed for safety or wellbeing.

4. User Content

4.1 Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you post within IMHub+ and the free IMHub Community.

4.2 Prohibited Content
Do not share content that:

Infringes copyright or intellectual property
Breaks any laws or regulations
Is harmful, misleading, or abusive
Promotes spam, scams, or illegal activity
Shares confidential or private information without consent

4.3 Content Removal
IMUK may remove any content that breaches these terms or poses a risk to members.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

5.1 Licence to IMUK
By posting content, you give IMUK permission to use it for the operation of the Service. This includes sharing it in relevant ways within the platform.

5.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. IMUK retains ownership of all official resources and materials.

5.3 Restrictions
IMHub+ content is for your personal use only. You must not reproduce, share, or republish any content externally without written permission.

5.4 External Resources
Any third-party links or resources shared are subject to their original terms of use.

We will always contact you before making changes to your account. If you have concerns, contact [email protected]

7. Third-Party Websites & Data Protection

7.1 External Links
IMUK is not responsible for any content or services on third-party websites linked inside the platform.

7.2 Data Protection and GDPR

We do not share your personal data without consent, unless legally required
By joining, you agree to receive updates about IMUK services or content

8. Disclaimers and Liability

8.1 Information Disclaimer
IMHub+ content and the free IMHub Community are for learning, community support, and general awareness. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or therapeutic advice. No part of the Service should be considered diagnostic or prescriptive in nature. Users are responsible for seeking professional advice from qualified practitioners where appropriate. Neither IMUK Solutions Ltd nor Ria Jackson accepts any responsibility or liability for how the content is interpreted or applied.

8.2 Service Availability
We do our best to provide consistent access, but cannot guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free.

8.3 Limitation of Liability
IMUK is not liable for any direct or indirect loss that arises from use of the platform.

IMUK uses cookies to improve the online experience. You can manage this in your browser settings.

9.2 Log Files
We collect non-identifying data such as IP addresses to help maintain security and improve the site. Personal information is never shared without your consent.

10. Legal Terms

10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains valid and enforceable.

10.3 Waiver
Not enforcing a clause does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.

10.4 Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active users. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
