IMUK Solutions Ltd. Terms of Service for IMHub and IMHub Community

Welcome to IMUK's IMHub and IMHub Community!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions under which you may access and use IMUK's IMHub and IMHub Community (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing a licence or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorised to use the Service.

1. IMUK Licence Subscription

1.1 Licence Overview: IMHub provides educational resources, webinars, and events focused on neuroinclusion. Licences grant access to individuals and organisations committed to implementing inclusive practices.

1.2 Community Engagement: IMHub Community enables users to connect, share best practices, and seek support on neuroinclusive approaches.

1.3 Licence Benefits:
Licence holders receive:

Monthly training webinars on neuroinclusion.
Certificates for live webinar attendees.
Access to expert-led ad-hoc events.
A resource library with learning materials.
Permission to use IMUK’s branding to showcase commitment to neuroinclusion.
Discounts on consultancy and training services.
Access to IMHub’s online networking community.

2. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

2.1 Payment Terms: A 12-month licence subscription is payable at purchase. Instalment options may be available.

2.2 Automatic Renewal: Licences renew for 12 months unless cancellation is requested before the renewal date. Users will be notified in advance.

2.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access may be revoked until the issue is resolved.

2.4 Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content purchases waive the 14-day cooling-off period unless the user delays access.

2.5 Cancellation & Refunds:

No refunds or early cancellations within the 12-month term unless IMUK fails to provide the agreed service or under exceptional circumstances.
To avoid renewal, cancel within 14 days before the renewal date.

3. Access and Participation

3.1 Participation: Participation in IMHub Community is optional, regardless of your membership.

3.2 Content Moderation: IMUK does not moderate content posted in IMHub or IMHub Community and is not responsible for member communications or disputes. Members must use these platforms respectfully.

3.3 Opt-Out: You may leave IMHub Community at any time. Content you created may remain visible to other users, but you may request permanent deletion by contacting [email protected].

3.4 Blocking Users: Users can block others via the “Block” option on their profile.

4. User Content

4.1 Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you post within IMHub and IMHub Community.

4.2 Prohibited Content: Users must not share content that:

Infringes intellectual property rights.
Violates laws or regulations.
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive.
Promotes spam or illegal activities.
Contains personal or confidential data.

4.3 Content Removal: IMUK may remove content that violates these Terms or modify it to remove sensitive information.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

5.1 Licence to IMUK: By posting content, you grant IMUK a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it for Service operation.

5.2 Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but allow other members and IMUK to access it under these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions: IMHub content is IMUK’s intellectual property and must not be shared or used externally without written consent.

5.4 External Resources: Third-party content shared within IMHub is subject to its original usage terms.

6. Engagement and Accountability

6.1 Commitment to Participation: IMHub fosters meaningful engagement in neuroinclusion. IMUK may review account activity and suspend accounts showing consistent non-engagement, such as:

Repeatedly missing live or recorded webinars.
Minimal or no participation in discussions.
Failing to utilise provided resources.

6.2 Account Review: Users will be notified before any suspension. Concerns about account reviews should be directed to [email protected]

7. Third-Party Websites & Data Protection

7.1 Third-Party Links: IMUK is not responsible for third-party content linked within IMHub.

7.2 Data Protection & GDPR:

Personal data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
By subscribing, you consent to receiving IMUK updates, including by text message if a phone number is provided.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

8.1 Information Disclaimer: IMHub’s content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on IMHub content.

8.2 Service Disclaimer: IMUK provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free operation.

8.3 Limitation of Liability: IMUK is not liable for damages arising from Service use, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cookies & Log Files

9.1 Cookies: IMUK may use cookies to improve its website experience. Users can disable cookies via browser settings.

9.2 Log Files: IMUK collects data such as IP addresses and browsing trends for system administration and security. Personal data is never shared without explicit consent.

10. Legal Terms

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

10.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive IMUK’s right to enforce it later.

10.4 Changes to Terms: IMUK reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
