Make Events Make Sense™
Most Organisers Design The Event. Very Few Design The Experience.
The speakers. The venue. The catering. The agenda.
Those things matter.
But people decide whether they can attend, engage and come back based on everything happening around them.
That's the bit I help design.
Most Events Are A Full-Day Endurance Test.
Not because the speakers are bad.
Not because people don't want to engage.
Because attending can be hard work.
You've Booked The Venue. Sorted The Speakers. Organised The Catering.
What almost nobody does is design how the event actually feels to be in.
That's the bit I do.
Most people don't need more motivation to attend.
They need enough information to decide whether it's right for them and how they want to take part.
-
I work alongside organisers before, during and after an event to help make the experience easier to attend, easier to navigate and easier to engage with.
Support can include:
• Event Information Pages
• Event Access Packs
• Inclusion & Accessibility Policies
• Attendee guidance
• Event reviews and recommendations
• On-the-day support
No two events are the same.
That's why support is tailored to the audience, venue and experience you're trying to create.

Ways we can work together
Why Work With Me?
I've spent more than 20 years working across education, industry, the Armed Forces, workforce development and leadership.
As someone with ADHD, dyspraxia, hearing loss and lived experience of social anxiety and trauma, I know first-hand that attending an event isn't always as simple as just turning up.
I'm qualified in neuroinclusion and accessibility, regularly collaborate with other specialists in the field, and bring together professional expertise with lived experience.
I've sat in the audience, stood on the stage and worked behind the scenes.
That gives me a different perspective on what helps people engage and what quietly gets in the way.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
Whether you're looking for coaching, consultancy, training, speaking or event support, there's more than one way to work with Inclusive Minds UK.

Your Questions, Answered
-
I help event organisers think about the attendee experience before, during and after an event.
That can include Event Information Pages, Access Packs, Inclusion and Accessibility Policies, attendee guidance, event reviews and practical recommendations.
In simple terms, I help make events easier to attend, easier to navigate and easier to engage with.
-
No.
I've worked on conferences, networking events, community events, workshops and business events.
Good event design isn't about the size of the event. It's about the experience people have when they attend.
-
Absolutely.
I'm not there to take over your event.
I'm there to bring a different perspective and help identify barriers, blind spots and opportunities that are easy to miss when you're busy organising everything else.
-
Sometimes.
Some organisers simply want support during the planning stage, while others want on-the-day support too.
We'll decide what's most useful based on your event, audience and goals.
-
Brilliant.
This isn't about throwing everything out and starting again.
It's about reviewing what's already there, identifying any gaps and building on the good work you've already done.
-
The earlier the better.
It's much easier (and usually cheaper) to design inclusion into an event from the beginning than it is to retrofit it later.
That said, if your event is already planned, I can still help identify practical improvements and opportunities before the day arrives.
Planning An Event?
People don't remember every slide.
They remember how the event made them feel.
Let's make sure it's for the right reasons.
