    It's particularly helpful for people who are juggling lots of competing demands, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with clarity or trying to make work fit how they actually function.

    You don't need to be in crisis. Most people come to me because work feels harder than it should.

    This isn't about labels. It's about understanding how work is working for you and where unnecessary friction is getting in the way.

    Some of my clients have diagnoses. Some don't.

    The goal is the same: make work make more sense.

  • Yes, if you already have Access to Work funding in place and coaching or training has been approved as part of your award.

    I invoice you directly, and you claim the cost back through Access to Work in line with their process.

    If you're unsure what's included in your award, it's always worth checking with your adviser first.

  • Yes.

    I work with individuals through diagnostics and coaching, but I also support teams and organisations through workshops, training and consultancy.

    Because sometimes it's not the person that needs support.

    It's the environment around them.
