You Got: The Instigator

Score Range: 49 to 60

Person dressed in white with a lilac wig, holding a pink wand and wearing a sheer pink lace cape. They’re standing against a pastel pink-to-blue gradient background with the word “INSTIGATOR” in bold black text. Playful, proud and not here to blend in.

You’re not waiting for a movement. You’re instigating one.

What’s Really Going On...

You’re not here to sit quietly and keep the peace.

You’ve been naming the hard stuff, making room where there wasn’t any, and refusing to stay silent just to make others comfortable.

You’ve probably:

  • Shifted how you lead, speak, support and challenge

  • Called out bias, even when it cost you something

  • Built safer spaces... not just for show, but because it matters

  • Said no to the status quo, even when it made people uncomfortable

  • Encouraged others to stop pretending too

You don’t need a glossary or a reminder why this work matters.

You’re living it.

And you're not doing it to look good.

You’re doing it because your values won’t let you do anything else.

What this tells us:

You’re not dipping your toe in.

You’re in deep.

Pulling others forward with you.

You’re not chasing perfection. You’re focused on impact.

And while some people are still deciding if neuroinclusion is “relevant to them,” you’re busy reshaping systems so no one gets left behind.

That takes guts.

It takes energy.

And it takes a whole lot of unlearning.

Because let’s be honest.

This work isn’t always appreciated.

People push back. They downplay, deflect, centre themselves.

And you? You keep showing up anyway.

Not because it’s easy. Because it’s necessary.

An Instagram story layout with a collage of six vibrant images and the phrase “Colour Outside The Lines” written in a playful handwritten font at the bottom. Top left: A notebook with a cute cartoon snail and the phrase “Progress, not perfection.” Top right: A multicoloured scribble-style portrait of a woman on a bright yellow background. Middle left: Three lightbulbs on a pink surface — two dark grey, one pale blue in the middle. Middle right: A pile of cartoon brain stickers with phrases like “Oh Mind Goodness” and “Oh Synapse!” Bottom left: A hand-drawn diagram showing “Comfort Zone,” “Fear Zone,” and “Learning Zone” overlapping in pastel colours. Bottom right: More brain-themed stickers. The overall design encourages creative thinking and neuroinclusion with a bold, expressive visual style.

What it actually means:

You’re done asking nicely. Done nudging quietly. You’ve seen what needs shifting and you’re already setting things in motion.

You’ve probably:

  • Created space when no one else did

  • Challenged groupthink in rooms that said they were “open”

  • Held the door open and dared to call out who keeps closing it

  • Noticed who’s missing, who’s silenced, and who never even gets in

  • Chosen courage over comfort... more than once

You’re not here to be seen.

You’re here to make sure others aren’t overlooked.

You’re refusing to pretend. And you won’t be complicit.

A pastel Newton’s cradle with one pink ball pulled back, ready to strike. The caption below reads “Setting Things in Motion…” — capturing the moment before action kicks off. Bold, quiet power with a side of intent.
